År 2014. Tankar&eventuella sår.
Januari månad: Mina rop på hjälp togs inte på allvar, men jag klandrar ingen (inte nu i alla fall). Genom åren har jag ropat högt och mycket, för jag trodde så på min smärta. Jag litade på ångesten och mina demoner. Fast i något slags mörker som gjort mig så blind, så bedövad.
Jag befann mig i en självgående svält, vikten pekade nedåt och det kändes så bra. Samtidigt som det kändes så jävla vemodigt. Jag tänkte att jag ville bli smal, så smal och liten att det tillslut inte skulle finnas något kvar utav mig att hata. Krympa bort det onda, men jag blev så blind. Trots att jag varit fast, verkligen fast i ätstörningens klor upprepade gånger genom åren. Tillslut så låg jag där under mitt kedjetäcke, så liten att benen stack ut. Och jag var inte längre tillfredsställd, för det som var så lätt för en månad sedan var nu så tungt. Helt plötsligt var det så förfärligt tungt att andas, och benen ville inte bära mig längre.
Jag sökte kontroll (och medan jag sökte så tappade jag den). Jag ville skada det som skadade mig.
Min omgivning ville inte ta ansvar för mitt skick, och tillslut så låg jag där igen nedbruten i en sjukhussäng. Och jag hatade mig själv mer än innan men Ingen skulle få stoppa mig nu.
Det som gav mig en känsla av kontroll och makt gled nu ur mina händer. För det jag strävade efter innerst inne satte jag stopp för själv. Hur ska jag kunna bli bättre och bygga på något nytt om jag ständigt strävar efter att förgöra mig själv? Strävan efter kontroll var bara en fasad, för det jag gjorde var att förstöra mig själv på så många olika plan att ingen skulle kunna stoppa mig.
På strax över 10 månader så hade min kroppsmassa minskat från ca 108 kg till 56, inte farligt underviktig alls men ett fysiskt vrak.
När jag trillat ihop i flertalet krampanfall och svimmat gång på gång, så sa kroppen högt och tydligt att den fått nog.
Och jag ville lyssna på den, jag var bara rädd att jag sjunkit för djupt (igen).
Jag fick köra över mina egna principer med vetskapen om att jag aldrig kommer kunna förändras, om jag fortsätter som jag ”alltid” gjort.
Det var två hela år sedan min faster dog. Precis som lappen jag la bredvid det fladdrande gravljuset så önskar jag att: Du skulle se mig nu.
Kanske för att jag tror du hade blivit stolt. Det här med praktiken, barnen och hästarna. 
Näringsdrycker, matscheman och ätstörningsklinik.
Bedövad både fysiskt och psykiskt.
Sorger i mig som jag inte kunde hantera. Mitt ljus var min KP, som förstod mig och tvekade inte att fråga istället för att anta. Men framförallt så förstod jag honom och jag kände att vår kontakt var något som kunde hjälpa mig på resan efter ett liv värt att leva.
Ett liv värt att kämpa för. Men haka inte upp dig på personer och ett ”hjälp-jag” Patricia, du vet att alla lämnar tillslut.
En sak jag sett genom åren, verkligen sett och observerat efter dessa år är att hur mycke de än försöker uttala folk att de duger som d är, att de är unika, fina och starka människor… så är alla utbytbara. Även om man vill tro annat.
Jag är bara en annan patient, ett jobb, en trasig själ i mängden.
Vetskapen av att de personer jag har och har haft runt mig genom dessa många och långa år är personer som är anställda på avdelningar och hem, personer som får betalt för att orka (men som tyvärr inte orkar ändå många gånger). Det känns i mitt hjärta.
För hur många framsteg jag än gör, hur långt jag än kommer så undrar jag: Hur kommer någon…någonsin…älska en sådan som mig?
Vi åkte till Romme med boendet, och nog för att jag inte skulle vilja göra om det resan pga omständigheterna...så hade jag (och två tjejer här) en ritigt fin kväll i pulkabacken. Så där enkel men magisk.
Trots att det var stretigt i mig, trots att jag slets itu av mina egna motpoler. Trots att livet jävlades, och jag jävlades tillbaka. Ett regelrätt inbördeskrig. Trots att jag hatade mig själv och den jag blivit, så kändes det som om Jag var okej. Som trots att jag var annorlunda, jävlig, problematisk, besvärlig och trasig. Så var det okej (till en viss grad). Jag fick finnas. Jag kom en person nära, släppte inne denne i mitt liv (vare sig personen ville eller ej, tyvärr), men relationer ( i detta fall proffesionella för att undvika misstolkningar av de som läser detta) är så känsliga i min värld. Jag håvar in någon i mitt territorium och vägrar släppa taget. Vägrar släppa in någon annan, alla lämnar tillslut. Men lämna inte mig, låt mig få lämna. Du har hjälpt mig så mycket, fått mig att känna mig mänsklig, fått mig att förstå. Jag var trygg med dig, du stod upp för mig. Och jag försökte stå upp för dig, inte för att jag måste...utan för att jag vill. Du fick mig att känna mig värdefull, nu låter detta som en kärleksförklaring. Det är det inte på långa vägar, men när man går runt i så många år och blir missförstådd (oförstådd), som om man är i vägen och stör genom att bara existera. Då är det så himla värdefullt att finna en person som dig, ömsesidig förståelse. Jag vill inte känna mig som ytterligare en patient i ledet, som en börda. Men du brydde dig verkligen, du försökte utan att vara så jävla rädd för att misslyckas. "Det största misslyckandet är att INTE försöka"
Jag hade rutiner, förutsägbarhet, jag hade en stöttepelare och det gjorde det övriga lite lättare. Även om jag är oförutsägbar, så var inte han det. Jag visste vart jag hade honom, det fick mig att våga.
April var tränings-manins månad. Steg efter steg, hur mycket jag än gick så dög det inte. Men jag kände mig stark, jag saknar det lite (hej underdrift)
Min moster kom på besök ifrån Canada, och det som skulle ha varit ett kärt återseende fick en drastisk vändpunkt.
Jag var rätt nöjd med mig själv. Visst att jag hade gått upp i vikt sen i vintras, men jag var aktiv. Kände någon drivkraft i mig, utmanade mig själv. Min omgivning hade ju så länge sett mig krympa krympa och krympa, vilket på ett vis gjorde mig stolt. Nu gick det åt andra hållet, uppåt och även om jag ville krypa ur mitt egna skinn så hade jag ork. Rent fysisk ork.
Men det jag var mest stolt över, var att visa henne hur mycket jag växt som person. I så många år har jag varit en stormvind. Omogen och utåtagerande, jag tänkte att jag bättrat mig på insidan. Att perspektivet gjort mig klok.
Min moster var sig lik, men inte jag och för första gången på länge så var det till det bättre. Det trodde jag i alla fall.
[Detta är en lång historia, som jag lyckats förkorta så mycket att jag faktiskt är orättvis mot den Första natten hon var här så blev jag hastigt sjuk. På morgonen så låg jag i sängen och kämpade för att ligga still, hålla ögonen öppna, för att andas. Trots att det var en väldigt varm dag med sol och nästan sommar värme, så hade jag sån frossa att det kändes som om jag hackade sönder varenda tand i munnen. Jag kunde inte dricka, inte ens ta min medicin. Som tur var så agerade min mamma snabbt och även fast det var diffusa symptom, så har vi vetskapen om att mina njurar är på väg att ge upp ibland. Att de inte riktigt orkar med.
Väl inne på akuten i Huddinge så går allt så väldigt snabbt, de mäter en feber på 41,5 grader, min vilo-puls ligger på 130 slag, dålig syresättning och blodtrycket är farligt lågt. Det larmas på akut larm och jag sjunker bort ifrån mitt medvetande. Läkare i vita rockar som lyser på mig med lampor, försöker få kontakt med mig men jag kan inte reagera. Saker bara sker runt omkring mig, och det första minne jag har efter det är när jag hör hur de räknar högt över mig 1-2-3-lyft. De flyttade mig med ryggbräda till en datortomograf, jag var för omtöcknad för att göra något alls.
När jag öppnade mina ögon så stod det säkert 8 personer ovanför mig, som försökte få kontakt med mig. Jag fladdrade med blicken och vred mig av någon oförklarlig smärta. Jag förstod inte vad som hände, men jag var alldeles intrasslad i slangar och rör. Blinkande lampor, pipande maskiner. Hjärt&lungmonitor, droppåsar, hit och dit ,sprutor, blodrycksmätare ,EKG osv. I en säng som var upphängd i en stålram i taket. Jag förstod inte vad som hände, men jag förstod däremot att det inte var bra. Tack vare att jag snabbt fick vård så gick det ”bra”, eller snarare så fick de mig i ett så pass stabilt läge att det gick att behandla/vända. Även fast min kropp tog skada, så kunde det ha varit värre mycket värre. Efter ett par dagar så fick jag lämna sjukhuset under observation och medicinering. Mina njurskador hade gjort så att jag fick blodförgiftning (igen, ca 7-8 månader sedan sist), och mina njurar var kraftigt inflammerade.]
Även om det var ett både kritiskt och skrämande tillstånd jag hamnade i, som var på väg att sluta allt annat än bra. Så kan jag ärligt säga att det var det BÄSTA som hänt mig på länge, väldigt länge.
Det var nämligen så att när jag låg inlagd på MAVA så blev det ramaskri angående mina mediciner. De kunde inte i sin vildaste fantasi förstå varför och om det ens är tillåtet att ha någon stående på en sådan kraftig medicinering, under en så lång tid. Det var vårdslöst, och dom blev tvungna att sätta stopp på det för att min sargade kropp skulle orka med. Så när jag kvicknade till blev jag informerad att de redan hade börjat ”avgifta” mig. Den fysiska abstinensen kunde jag hantera, visst jag mådde skit men det psykiska. Det tärde så på mig. Men det var bara början på en mardröms resa där jag blev tvungne att omvärdera mig själv, och den jag varit de senaste 6-8 åren. Men även min framtid och hur jag ska nå dit.
Det var juni, och jag insåg att jag hade glömt bort hur det var att känna.
Som att vakna upp ur en 8 år lång känslomässig-koma. Sinnena vaknar till liv och jag tänker+resonerar på ett vis som inte varit fysiskt-möjligt under många år.
Det började med 1 tablett för många år sedan, ”det är bara 1 tablett Patricia” och de senaste 4 åren så har min medicinlista varit ca 3-4 A4 papper lång. Med tabletter för depressioner,manier,humörsvängningar,sömn,aggressioner,ångest,panikattacker,tics/tvång. You name it, i got it (ungefär). Tillslut var det vad som höll mig vid liv (Trodde jag och psykiatrin), som gjorde det ”uthärdligt”. För jag mådde ju så dåligt TROTS alla dessa mediciner, jag sov ju knappt TROTS att de skrivit ut alla sömnmediciner som gick att tillgå, ångesten var ju så outhärdlig TROTS alla starka mediciner. Hur skulle jag då må utan dom, det skulle ju inte gå och det fattade både läkarna och jag, det fattade ju vem som helst!
Men jag hade fel, jag hade jätte fel. Och även läkarna.
Läkarna som man kunde lita på, men jag litar inte på dom och dom litar uppenbarligen inte på sig själva.
Under så många år så har de satt in mediciner för både det ena och det andra, alternativen sinade i både behandlingsmöjligheter och läkemedelsmässigt. Trots att jag vi alla försökte, så mådde jag så dåligt att jag inte kunde hantera mitt liv, så att dom inte kunde hantera mig. Jag hade mått så dåligt i så många år, att jag helt enkelt hade glömt bort hur det var att må bra. Att känna riktig glädje…men det hade jag inte glömt. Jag hade glömt, hur det var att KÄNNA, känna något alls (?).
Det som skrämmer mig mest med detta är att jag trodde verkligen att jag var ett hopplöst fall. Att mina diagnoser/problem eller snarare svårigheter innebar att det skulle vara på det viset för evigt. Att jag alltid skulle må på det viset, att jag alltid skulle behöva äta mediciner.
Och jag trodde att jag hade självinsikt efter alla dessa år. Jag trodde att jag att jag kände mig själv. Jag trodde att jag löste saker på det bästa viset jag kunde förmå, (samtidigt som jag begränsade mig själv). Och jag trodde faktiskt att jag helhjärtat ville bli bättre, men jag ville inte det. Och jag var så förblindad av mörkret att jag inte ens kunde se att jag omedvetet höll mig själv kvar där.
Jag har haft många knäppa läkare i mitt liv, många vårdslösa. Men jag litade på min läkare, hon var ju snäll och tillmötesgående.
Fast i själva verket så var hon inte det, hon var minst lika vårdslös som nån annan. Hur kan man medicinera en ung tjej till den graden jag var medicinerad?
Jag ska inte skylla allt på henne, jag var ju jätte medicinerad när jag kom dit men hon tog ju över ansvaret.
Och jag var väldigt drivande i min medicinering, jag ville bara slippa känna det jag kände. Sluta må som jag mådde. Om man drar en parallell linje så kan man säga att hon var min medberoende.
Men hon som överläkare borde ha vetat bättre, hon borde ha sagt stopp. Men nu sa hon inte stopp, det var min kropp som gjorde det. Det var nog lika bra, för jag hade troligtvis ändå inte lyssnat på henne. Inte så fast som jag var.
Jag blir så arg på mig själv, när jag ser tillbaka på allt detta. Att jag inte fattade bättre, hur kunde jag lura mig själv så!? Hur fan kunde jag tro att jag hade någon insikt alls, bara för att det hade gått tid och jag hade ett perspektiv på saker?
Men det som skrämmer mig är att när jag såg tillbaka på mig själv, så såg jag misstagen jag gjort men tänkte att jag visste bättre ”nu”. Jag var opartiskt.
Och nu idag så inser jag att jag hade så fel. Att jag lurade mig själv till den grad att jag trodde det var fakta.
Men nu så har jag faktiskt vaknat upp och skakats om. Jag har lärt mig att tvivel inte alltid är fel. Men jag har också lärt mig att jag faktiskt inte kan lita på varken mig själv eller min omgivning, problemet är bara att jag visste det då. Jag var så säker på att jag visste det.
Jag vet ju bättre än då, men tänk om jag tittar tillbaka på mig själv om 2 år och samma sak har hänt då?
Det betyder ju att jag inte kan lita på mina slutsatser, även om jag analyserar och analyserar om. Det som är rätt idag kanske är fel imorgon? Vad gör jag då? Hela principen Gör-om-gör-rätt, den föll totalt i min värld.
Jag mådde så dåligt att jag inte ens visste vad smärta och ångest var. [mind-fuck]
I juni så jobbade jag på ett ridläger för autistiska barn, jag kände mig behövd och det var värdefullt för mig. Jag kände att jag hade en betydelse och att jag faktiskt gjorde någon skillnad här i världen. Att jag kan hjälpa andra, trots att jag inte kan hjälpa mig själv.
Det var juli, och jag vill bara vara hon (igen).
Jag har varit så ledsen, för min personlighet är så förändrad. Den dotter mina föräldrar födde och uppfostrade, hon finns inte kvar. Och det är en sorg som har varit svår för mig att bära, att jag verkligen förlorat mig själv och den jag var. Den dom älskade av hela sitt hjärta, den jag strävar efter att vara. Den jag vet att jag aldrig kan bli, den jag inte ens kan relatera till. Och nu har jag på ett sätt inte bara förlorat den jag var i dom första 10 åren i mitt liv, utan även den jag varit de senaste 10 åren. Min fråga är vem är jag nu?
När den jag är skiftas så tydligt, inte bara i den långa bilden utan dag-för-dag. Det jag gör i ena stunden kan jag inte ens relatera till i den andra. Jag vill bara vara hon som alla saknar, hon som de älskar, hon som dom pratar om. Tyvärr så känner jag inte henne. Hon kommer aldrig att vara mig, och jag kommer tyvärr aldrig att vara henne (hur mycket jag än vill).
Jag var inte den dotter de födde, den person de satte till livet, till världen.
Lika så som världen inte är den värld jag levde i, den värld jag älskade som barn.
Jag hade en pant-letar-mani, var ute på promenader och grävde i soptunnor. Nog för att det var en tokig fix-idé, men det fick tiden att gå. Och framförallt så kom jag närmare en tjej här på boendet, vi gick ut tillsammans, pratade och fördrev tiden. Det var i den vevan som jag faktiskt kom utanför boendet Utan personal, vilket inte skett förut. Det var ett steg. Ibland så känns det som om jag ser delar av mig själv i henne, och jag förstår. Saker jag kan se och förstå så tydligt verkar helt kryptiska för omvärlden, fast de egentligen är så självklara.
Vi var på "sommarläger" i högås, och jag har inte badat så mycket på länge.
Jag hade mina hundar hos mig när familjen lämnade för varmare breddgrader. Vi fick en fin vecka ihop, jag hundarna (och "I")
Det var augusti, och dem ska aldrig mer få röra mig. (glöm och gå vidare)
Att jag varit en ”psykiatri-drällare” i många år nu är inte en nyhet (allra minst för mig). Perioderna och tiderna på slutenavdelning är nästintill otaliga. Däremot så är det ytterst få gånger jag gått in genom entrèn, suttit i väntrumet, pratat med läkare osv . Detta år har jag fått mig ett par turer dit (kanske 10 gånger för att närma in spannet lite) och de har sett ut/slutat på snarlikt vis. Däremot av vitt-skilda orsaker. I olika tillstånd som har blivit lite av ett ”katastrofscenario” .
En kedjereaktion av händelser där en sak leder till en annan.
När steget lett till att polis kommer till platsen så skenar det iväg.

Tvångsmedicinering dvs. Injektion efter injektion efter injektion och lite fler injektioner för att vara på den säkra sidan.
Ca 1-4 minuter innan länsstyrelsen måste kontaktas för fortsatt bältesläggning…så släpper de mig, men vid det laget så har all gift de sprutat i mig fått mig att däcka eller bli handlingsförlamad.
När jag vaknar upp på morgonen och ska resa mig, så behöver jag kränga loss remmarna från mina händer och leder. När jag öppnar ögonen och ser vart jag är, i kala rum med väktare och vårdare kring mig, så blir jag så rädd eller snarare förtvivlad, det inte går att förklara med ord.
När jag träffar läkarna så blir jag en riktig ögontjänare, jag är inte bra på att ljuga men jag kan undanhålla sanningen. Och i just denna specifika situation, så blir jag så skrämmande manipulativ.
Bara jag tar mig därifrån och får dom att stryka de där tre starka bokstäverna. (L P T)
Jag kan knappt stå på mina ben efter alla sprutor och är ofta så blå slagen att det känns som om jag blivit påkörd, och det har jag på sätt och vis. Eller snarare överkörd, överkörd av de o-humana metoder och allt för ofta övertramp i vad som är rätt och fel.
Lagligt eller ej.
Men vid ett par tillfällen så har övertrampen varit så stora, som om lagarna inte gäller dom, som om dom får göra vad dom vill med mig.
Det som inte syns, det finns inte.
Det som händer innanför deras väggar, det rättfärdigas.

Efter att klinikledningen pratat med mig, så tvekar ingen i frågan att anmäla dessa händelser. Alla förutom jag, för jag tvekar.

Ett psykfall som mig.
Det var sommar och bad, ensammare än innan (utan min KP). Men vi var mycket i mina gamla trakter och kvarter, jag tror det tröstade litet (samtidigt som det gav lite värk i hjärtat).
Det var september, Och varelsen har tagit över i mig.
När något händer, som vänder ens värld upp och ner. Som ställer allt på sin kant, så tappar man sig själv ned i avgrunden ibland. Den man är, och hur man är. Kvar är ett skal, en kropp, en fasad.
När mitt liv vändes upp och ned, så försvann hon. Den människa som folk lärt känna, lärt älska.
Och det känns som om den jag blivit inte har rätt att leva, att synas.
Som om den jag är nu också ska dö och försvinna.
10 versioner av värdelös kallar jag mig själv i såna lägen.
Jag bojkottde psykiatrin efter all dramatik på St.göran, ni kan inte rättfärdiga det.
De får inte trampa på mig för evigt, jag har också gränser.
Det var oktober, och mitt i allt så förlorade vi henne (för evigt).
Mitt i allt, bland alla spöken i mig. Bland all den depressiva luften i ”månaderna som inte existerar” (Mitt namn på denna tiden av året). Mitt bland ensamheten som river mig i brösten, bland tomheten som ekar i mig.
Så hände något. Någonting jag fasat för (framförallt sedan Isabelle dog), nämligen den där rädslan: Rädslan att få ett besked att någon faktiskt inte orkat mer.
Och mitt i den klara höstluften…så lämnade hon oss förevigt.
God natt min käre vän.
Praktiken/jobbet är i full gång, tre dagar i veckan. Ena pojken på 10 år, han avgudar mig, jag undrar vad han ser i mig?
Det var november, och för 5 år sedan så lämnade hon oss kvar i ett mörker.
För fem år sedan försvann hon, hon trodde att ingen såg.
Hon var så tydlig i min värld, och nu har mitt hjärta ett tydligt hål.
Jag letar efter ”svar”, vill få bitarna på plats.
Vill känna din närhet igen, trots att du är så långt långt borta.
Du öppnade mina ögon, när du stängde dina.
Du vet som när du tog tag i mina ögonlock och spärrade upp dom mellan dina fingrar.
Det skrämde skiten ur mig, likaså som det skrämde skiten ur mig när du försvann.
När jag blev tvungen att säga adjö, trots att jag inte ville.
För ibland har man inget val, saker sker som man inte kan kontrollera.
Trots att jag ville hålla dig kvar förevigt, så släppte du taget.
Jag vet att jag måste släppa taget en dag.
Gå vidare, men inte glömma. (jag låter tanken vila i mig)
Mycket har hänt, både gott och ont.
Jag har fått insikter jag aldrig trodde fanns, jag har lärt mig saker om mig själv som jag aldrig kunde ana att det ens skulle vara möjligt.
Trots att jag inte ser så kaotisk ut utifrån, så mådde jag bättre då. När jag kunde hantera saker på mitt vis, destruktivitet. Smärtan är i mig, och jag har eliminerat alla mina vis jag haft för att hantera mitt mående.
Jag mantrar orden ”Det är inte ett liv jag vill leva” När desperationen slår till.
Och trots att jag periodvis detta år, bara har velat ge upp. Försvinna.
Trots allt det, så är 2014 första året som jag inte skurit mig (sedan jag började vid 2007). Första hela året, nog för att jag är destruktiv på många år. Men jag sa upp kontakten med skärandet, även fast jag varit så nära att trilla dit.
Och då klingar orden i huvudet; Det här är INTE ett liv du vill leva.
Och det är en milstolpe i sig.
Jag vill, jag vill verkligen bryta upp med den jag varit (och är). Jag vill släppa taget.
Jag vill inte vara den jag varit, för det är en tragisk människa.
Och jag har hatat mig själv för den jag varit.
Det känns som om jag fått en uppenbarelse, svängt 180 grader i mig själv.
Jag kan inte ändra det jag gjort, men jag kan se till att aldrig hamna där igen.
Jag vet inte hur jag ska göra, jag vet inte hur jag ska orka.
Men jag vet att det finns något annat i livet, och det är ett riktmärke att sträva efter att nå.
En drivkraft.
Hur Kroniskt de än försöker säga att olika sjukdomar/problem är, så stämmer inte det.
Lura inte er själva.
Ingenting varar för evigt, inte ens livet.
Mata inte demonerna något mer.
Jag VILL, och jag ska kämpa tills jag KAN.
Tills jag når ett liv värt att leva, ett liv värt att dö för.

Jag vet vem du är. Vi har varit inne många gånger samtidigt. Vi har liknande erfarenheter och jag blev också övermedicinerad och berövad känslor och tankar. Idag känner jag igen och nej, jag var inte heller ett hopplöst fall bakom medicindimman.
